We’re hiring!

If you’re interested in interactive documentary, VR/AR, and live performances, we’ve got an open internship position with the IDFA new media programme team that might be for you!

Since 2007 IDFA’s new media program DocLab has been offering an international platform to multidisciplinary documentary makers and media artists who work across documentary art, storytelling and new media. The program examines the artistic possibilities of contemporary network culture, explores how the digital revolution changes documentary art, discovers new talent and creates room for the most important pioneers of the digital age. By deliberately not focusing on a single medium or discipline, but rather on the most successful and innovative documentary artists and digital storytellers, IDFA DocLab has become a unique meeting place and international premiere platform. IDFA DocLab provides the public, makers and industry professionals with an annual opportunity to analyse the digital revolution in a broader context and to determine its course. The program consists of an 11-day exhibition, the Interactive Conference, a series of Live Cinema Events, DocLab Academy and various industry activities and networking moments.
