On the popular Digg website, visitors can “dig” news articles they like.

In this visualization, Digg Arc displays stories, topics, and containers wrapped around a sphere. Arcs trail people as they Digg stories across topics. Stories with more Diggs make thicker arcs. It becomes a living organism, that never stands still!

It is a result of a collaboration with Stamen Design. Digg also released a public API so that anyone can turn Digg data into their own visualizations.
