A cab driver in Washington D.C. wins the lottery and decides to return to his hometown in Pakistan and run for mayor.

The story of Mr. Ihsan Khan, an immigrant from a small town in Pakistan who worked as a cab driver in Washington D.C. for over two decades before winning $54 million in the lottery. Four years later, he decided to put his money to good use, so he returned to his hometown in Pakistan and ran for mayor.
